Announcing El Río: A Student Research Journal
The Library is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of an open-access, peer-reviewed publication of outstanding scholarly works authored by CSU-Pueblo students. El Río: A Student Research Journal is managed by a faculty advisory board representing each of CSU-Pueblo’s major academic areas.
El Río's mission is to acknowledge, promote, and disseminate high-quality student research that shapes discourse and fosters understanding. We are a student-run research journal at CSU-Pueblo that focuses on outstanding student work from the humanities, behavioral, social, natural, and health and applied sciences. Its primary focus is original student scholarly work. Typical submissions include Honors theses, original compositions and empirical research conducted by undergraduate or Master’s level students. We welcome outstanding student submissions from any program.
The journal intends to publish its second issue in late Spring 2019.
